Now I was a seventies/eighties child, and I certainly did look to my parents to "entertain" me. But, my parents were quick to point out that there were plenty of games, toys, books, puzzles, bikes, skates, and outdoor things for me to do with my siblings or friends to entertain myself. My dad did play with us sometimes, but he was especially firm when he told us that it is not his job to entertain us. We had to entertain ourselves.

I agree when I was a kid my parents didnt see me till the street lights came on. We had more to do as kids though, roller rinks, arcades, carnivals I feel bad for kids these days.

I definitely understand how your aesthetic changes. I got into makeup in 2015 when baking and cut creases and color color color was all the rage. I bought everything really without even knowing what I liked on me. But within the last couple years, I've realized that I really like a minimal amount of makeup and I'm a neutral girl. So now I focus on skincare and minimal makeup when I wear it especially with my eyeshadow. The older I get, the less makeup I like. Good video.

The Melt Dark Matter is my most used palette and I have no idea why. There are a few that I like the color stories more, but I continually reach for Dark Matter. I love using it with some of my Clionadh singles too. Kind of a weird pairing, but lately it's what I've grabbed. 😂

Great roundup. I've been skipping liquid foundation too; I spot conceal now most of the time. Although I never skip the powder foundation step.

I bought that nars blush palette. Did i need it?? No lol 🤡 but it sure is nice. My favorite blush lately has been this colourpop one that they sell as singles. Its called out & about. Random as hell lol but i have huge pan in it!!

I still love eyeshadows! My aesthetic is definitely changing especially when it comes to colors. I also realize the hot weather influences the make up I wear ♥️
