This update features an eyeshadow palette declutter! I always feel conflicted when I declutter palettes because the more used ones are harder to find homes for, but the barely used ones make me feel like I wasted my money... But either way this declutter was necessary because my eyeshadow drawer was very heavy and I felt unhappy knowing that I wasn't using everything.

Eyeshadow: 12+1-0=13
I will be using a "beauty bank" with 10 starting credits. Any makeup empty counts as a credit towards the beauty bank, but makeup purchases will deduct credits. Any makeup I receive, including presents, will reduce my beauty bank credits. I cannot use beauty bank credits to buy eyeshadows because I will have a separate "bank" for those.
Eyeshadows have a separate "bank" with 10 starting credits. I only need to hit pan on an eyeshadow to receive credits.
For both banks, declutters do not count. I have to use up the product in its entirety to get a credit.
Additionally, this year I will not be purchasing blush or foundation.
