I've definitely learned not to buy backups because of how long it takes for me to use up products. I mostly focus on smell and change in formula instead of the shelf life listed on the product. If it smells even a little off, I don't use the product. However most of my powder products do last for years, and I sanitize my products.

On a scale of 1 to NARS blush packaging, I would give the structural integrity of the WnW palette a 7. The perfume is indeed very large. I think my great grandchildren will inherit it at this point. I like the Bobbi Brown base as a moisturizer, but I'm not sure how well it works with foundation since I rarely wear foundation. It is a little sticky but not tacky. It's probably better for people with normal/dry skin since I do get oily after a few hours.

Luckily I've never had the formula change on me after a repressing. I have heard that it has happened before, so I use the minimum amount of alcohol to repress, and I try to squeeze out all the excess moisture. I also use a spoolie/the back of the brush to grind a little bit of the product to use as a loose powder if I feel like the product is not worth repressing! But I was getting annoyed doing that with my blush since there was still plenty of product left haha.

My husband and I agreed that it's best that I put away as much money as possible since I basically have 2 401k accounts to invest into. My mom is also pretty good with finances and suggested the same thing with the housing market being so ass right now where we live. I used to love thrift shopping, but the only thing I still own/can wear is a jacket from the 80s/90s that lives in the trunk of my car for unexpected cold days.

I didn't even think about the ingredients in our products! That's a very good point. When I was younger, I used to use food items as skincare since my parents didn't really let me buy anything other than face wash. Since it's not ideal to use honey as a daily moisturizer for me, I think I'll just compromise and simplify my routine in the future.

The day the Hourglass palette is done will be so bittersweet but so fulfilling. Marvel used to be better. I don't think anything can compare to Endgame. The characters are flat and they just decided to introduce someone they can make another movie out of later. The last Marvel movie I watched was Dr. Strange in the Multiverse and that explains why I'm probably not watching another Marvel film for a while.

What was the hourglass dupe that you hit pan on last year?

It was the shade Soft Focus from the Too Faced Born this Way complexion palette! I'm not sure if it's being discontinued but I got mine at a discount 2 years ago.
