I love how genuinely friendly you two GORGEOUS GIRLIES are with each other! I know you said you'd hung out once previously but I would have guessed that you've known each other for a few years! I just found Nikki (through a shout out from Alex Anele!) and have BINGE WATCHING! I can't believe I never came across your channel naturally, so Thank you, ALEX! You are so hardworking... especially those, "I Bought EVERYTHING & Tested Them ..." videos, like you sit there and swatch 20+ products, wipe it off your face, reapply your base and do it over and over again! Pure dedication and I really appreciate the honesty and authenticity.! When I was younger, we've never had much money therefor we very rarely ever had a phone or internet back in the day so I never got to experience THE MARLENA STELL MOMENT, unfortunately... I know 100% I would have been watching back then and would have been so so so excited to see you launch Makeup Geek. Trust, when we got some wifi in 2016, I quickly caught up because I would hear, "OK. I'm taking creme brule in my crease, Beaches&Cream below my brow to defuse harsh lines. I'm pick up a little Cocoa just below my crease and then I'll grab some Cherry Cola to deepen the crease even more. Now I'm packing some Americana on my outer lid, just for more depth..." You know, lol, sadly never owned anything MG (I really wanted B&C and CremeBrule!) but I knew the names of those shadows, girl! L ove both of your content, the passion you have for makeup is palpable and I'm happy you guys getting to live you dreams.... Also, again, I LOVE that you are friends, y'all have great chemistry together

Nikki you spoke about Armani’s Luminous Glow foundation awhile back and I decided to try it based on that. It is the best foundation and the color match for me is spot on! I try to stock up during sales because of the cost. The same is true about Givenchy’s Prisme Libre powder (shade 3). It’s amazing as well! Thanks, Nikki. Oh I love your brush set, too!

Giorgio Armani foundation is one of my holy Grill. I always buy it for me. It’s more cost-effective when I buy the regular size which is $69 and you get 30 ML. The mini is 18 ML and it is $48

I find the Elf OG loose setting powder to be as finely milled and silky as the Givenchy. I don’t get the hype with the price tag on that one. There’s a lot that give the same effect with being just as finely milled that are a fraction the price I think these ladies just haven’t tried yet within the drugstore. Elf Halo loose powder and Cover Girl Radiance pressed powder are also great ones, especially under the eyes of you are drier under the eye or it gets cakey with typical powders.

You should get the fenty powder in a deeper shade and use it for bronzer. I love the makeup forever powder foundation but as a bronzer. I feel like most bronzers remove coverage from my cheeks and i need coverage on my broken capillaries there. Using a powder foundation adds coverage.
