Myself Shiv Shankar Sahu Chef Restaurateur Entreprenuer.
After working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years I realised that this is the right time for me to share all the experience with my viewers. So I decided to help you all people to make not only good foods but also build and manage restaurants. Here I am sharing my all recipes some of which are solely mine and some are authentically prepared in India.The recipes contain Indian Indo Chinese and continental dishes with some beverages. It is my aim to deliver the easiest recipes and good quality content for viewers who thrive for good food and hospitality related content. Currently I am uploading videos of vegeterian foods only but i have the experience of non vegeterian food also and some day i will publish them also on youtube.

Salt/ 1 pinch
Cumin Powder/ 2 pinch
Turmeric Powder/ 1 pinch
Coriander Leaves/ 1 tbsp
Cashew Nut/ 1 tbsp
Processed Cheese/ 2 tbsp
Paneer/ 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder/ 1 pinch
Green Cardamom Powder/ 1 pinch
Khoya/ 2 tbsp
For The Masala:
Hang Curd/ 2 tbsp
Cashew Nut Paste/ 1 tbap
Processed Cheese Paste/ 1 tbsp
Chana sattu / 1tbsp
Rock Salt/ 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder/ 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder/ 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder / 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream/ 2 tbsp
