INGREDIENTS:
For The Filling:
Paneer= 170 gm
Processed Cheese= 20 gm
Paneer= 30 gm
Almond= 20 gm
Raisins= 20 gm
Cashew Nut= 20 gm
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/4 tsp
White Pepper Powder= 1/4 tsp
Rose Petals= 4
Saffron= 15 ya 20 Dore
For The Masala:
Cashew Nut Paste= 60 gm
Processed Cheese= 40 gm
Green Chilli Paste= 2
Hung Curd= 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
White Pepper Powder= 1/3 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/3 tsp
Green Cardamom= 1/3 tsp
Black Cumin Powder= 1/3 tsp
Saffron= 15 ya 20 Dore
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
For The Topping:
Processed Cheese
Fresh Cream
