Thank you for tuning in to today's video! Much like I did in my last video for the JEPI ETF, today I discuss the JEPQ ETF or the JP Morgan Nasdaq Equity Premium Income ETF, and some various possibilities to consider when it comes to making passive income, either in retirement or as a side income stream.
One thing I discussed specifically in this video is the possibility of making over $10,000 per month with this ETF or exchange traded fund, since it is designed to pay out above average dividend yields, with less volatility than the S&P 500. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

JPEQ is a great ETF... good income and moderated growth. JP Morgan brand is safe. Diversified, with covered call added income.

Thoughts on SVOL ETF? It has a dividend payout of 16.79% dividend. That is roughly $3.00 in dividend income each month for each share you own!! Too good to be true?? too risky?

What's really cool to think about is that each 1000 shares may get you anywhere from $300 to $400 per month.

Can you do a sample portfolio of these income etfs that is diversified into 5-10 different positions? Like you said it's just hard to imagine throwing everything you have into one.

For 200k yearly dividend, you are paying close to 70k in taxes, as JEPQ investment isn’t qualified dividend…

So with $2 million it would come up to roughly $7,000 per year. However, keep in mind you wouldn't actually pay this, it would simply be deducted from the overall total return of the fund

JEPQ 9.17% dividend yield from equity linked notes options contracts that expire out of the money? hmmm the defensive investor may be thinking... too risky. In the case of JEPQ , the avg investor cannot see the strike prices on them. We are just blindly trusting that the folks over at JP Morgan are setting the right strike prices and expiration dates. If you trust them to be disciplined traders with your hard earned money than by all means hand over your cash

Thanks for the comment. I know I mentioned that you have the chance to trade cash secured puts and covered calls with this ETF, but it is most definitely up to ones risk tolerance and investment goals. I personally would feel comfortable with such a strategy. The way I look at cash secured puts, for example, is that I can either buy the stock outright, set a lower limit order, or sell a cash secured put trade that is out of the money (even if only slightly). The primary risk lies in the time frame of the expiration day, and the volatility of the instrument.

Sounds like all ETFs, we have to blindly trust the owner. You make some money, and you pull out your initial investment……playing with the houses money. When you make more, you take profits.

I personally think a good strategy would be to dollar cost average into the ETF. You don't have to lump sum everything. If the market. corrects, you can have some money on the side to put into it. If you have $5,000 to invest for example, you could divide it up by $416.67 per month to make it equal.
