holy cow, I came back 3 years later and this video as 50k views. I'm speechless guys thanks everyone for your kind words it means the world to me. if anyone wants to see what I'm up to I dropped out of school and am going full bore into knife making I've got a little bit better machines now :) and hopefully soon will have some sweet knives to show for it. the positive comments below brought me to tears and inspired me to start a balisong design again. sono mio zio era fabbro io 3 giorni lavorai poi solo x usare affilar coltelli con la pietra cote dicono si affilano koltelli kulla dei contadini io diko ke le vere pietre sono kulle a due facce kulle affilano ma no una pietra cote grigia mio nonno la portava in tasca sputava su e come x magia i coltelli erano rasoi o provato io ad affilare con akua tutto kon kulla cote antica distrutto i coltelli e non tagli un cazzo forse ero pikkolo mio nonno aveva gia affilati poi un altra cosa kullo e un mini m ballisong lama di dieci centimetri non ammazzi mango un bambiko da 15 cm in su ma 9 10 8 cm non ammazzi mano un bambino io fui accoltellato al petto kon dieci centimetri di lama al cuore mi rikoverarono dopo un intervento uscito 1o cm solo alla gola puoi uccidere allo stomako milza dieci 9 cm manko lo senti ,

My Empress arrived yesterday. I am stuck in Alabama for work and have to wait a few days before I am home and appreciate your hard work. Work is more enjoyable now that I have something to look forward to. Thanks Grant.

Damn, that thing is beautiful! I'm surprised you made the clasp out of G10 as well instead of steel. I would have thought there would be a risk of it snapping off after a while, but I trust you know what you're doing, and G10 is pretty tough stuff. Awesome work!

ive made half a dozen of these balisongs with g10 so far and have relatively abused them and none of the handles have broken yet, g10 is stronger than you might think

So, it is possible to center-punch metal WITHOUT using a hammer to punch the center-punch-just by rocking the punch back and forth firmly a few times? I DO NOT THANK YOU FOR REVEALING THAT!!! I would rather NOT have known. That is one of those revelations that injures the human spirit. For the rest of my life, whenever I must punch something, I must choose between unnecessarily using a hammer OR using your ugly method!
