this was awesome. we definitely need more Truth x Lies tutorials. I'd love a part 2 of this, like how they mentioned the first session is getting the main idea created and arranged (like they did in this video); then the next session is mixing, final automations, and little ear candy shots here and there.

It's either A ducker or A gate,that you guys use on your voc microphones,everytime it gets On or off..It sounds as though someone is tuning a snare drum somewhere at the back of the room.. :)))

I'm halfway done with the edm foundations course, it's taken me about 6 days per songs. Definitely worth it so far, the biggest take away I've gotten from it was organization is key and the most important thing I've learned is don't over complicate your music, just have fun with it. I make Tech House and Melodic House, the techniques you learn in the course definitely apply to other genres 🙂

its mad to me these guys dont draw in their drums in midi tracks. its so much easier, and then you can play with the release and sustain to make the sample as long or short as you want

Hey you mean duplicate? Just highlight the section of the timeline you wish to duplicate and hit CMD + D (or Ctrl + D on windows)
