I like firm Toufu too! But I find people outside China prefer tender Toufu. Almost all the Toufu they sell here in Australia is tender. Ah~~~miss the firm Toufu of my hometwon.

if you have rice as a base, you can add whatever ingredients you like, or whats available to you at your store

coconut sugar is much healthier and better for you since it doesn't spike your blood sugar like regular cane sugar does. Hope it helps!

This is insane ! Microbiotics doesnt use sugar, coconut or any kind. Sugar is the most yin thing there is .
