Hi Matt, a floor and ramp for the bin store might be worth thinking about. Lifting what could be heavy recycling bins (especially the green waste one) over the frame will become a chore!

Matt, great project. I have made something similar for my woodshed which holds pallet wood. The wood for the frame came out of a skip as builders were converting a loft and for the price of two Costa coffees gave me free access to a lot of almost new 3x2 timber. Clad in pallet wood and resting on bricks to raise it from the ground I put a roof on of recycled plywood and then new roofing felt. Painted woodland green with left over fence paint. Apart from the screws, nails and felt the rest was free so was able to buy a 2.4 x 1.8 camouflage tarp for the front. Sits around 100 foot from the house and amongst trees so blends right in.

I'd chop out the wood at the base of the wheelie bin store if you haven't already - when the wheelie bin is full it will be a challenge to lift. To hang your mower, some chain from back to front roof beams with a hook hanging down would probably be a good solution in the cupboard.
