I think you could combine the evil school with the good school like give you show a certain amount of power a certain type of magic you get recruited into the secret program

This is really good. Thank you for these ideas. What about also a school for survival? Like, not only mages exist, but also other creatures, and supernatural beings? Like manipulative vampires, wild werewolves, and mischievous fairies? Maybe monsters that are like animals that are even more dangerous? Maybe other mages that wish to steal knowledge, and kill those who are threats to them? Thank you for this video. I hope you stay well.

Percy Jackson has a pretty good survival school vibe with the summer camps. Another great way to do survival would be to mirror it on something like the scouts organization. So not something you do in school but something you do extra-curricular and learn skills that you need that are not taught in school. You've just given me a video idea for "How to learn magic" in general so look out for that in the future :)

I have the idea of having a school who is own by a compagni who teaches ophans necromancy, as the compagni uses undead to farm and need skilled labor.

In my world, the magic schools are a necessity - people with affinity for magic are prone to being possessed by spirits which results in casualties - little can be done for the person and the spirits aren't friendly. They get taught magic in order to defend themselves as well as others - the nature of the magic is such that it's dangerous for children to learn it and thus they have to grow up a little. As for payment - the families provides enough food for the students and after graduating they have to work as a guardsmen of sorts for some time.

There’s a school in my novel, where demigods, angels, elementals and creatures from all mythologies.. all the countries pantheons and deities exist in my world.

Which of these four types is Hogwarts? It's not research or anything else glamorous, considering their hiring problems. It's not a patron. While Dumbledore is powerful, he is not the founder and easily replaced when necessary. It's not a reservoir of magic, although there is certainly powerful magic there. It's not about controlling superhuman mages, because everyone in their society is a mage. And when the ministry attempts to interfere, it's interference not the usual way of doing things. So a mixture of those types or something different?

To some extent, Hogwarts breaks the rules a little because it's a magic school for an all magic community. Yes, there are people who don't have magic, but they don't impact the mages at all, it's a secret world school. It's a school that teaches everything and also magic. It's not a magic school, it's more like a normal school with magical subjects, if that makes sense? But if you pin me down and say "ANSWER", I'd tell you that my cynical self says Hogwarts is control. But it's the distributed control of a school board, parents who want their offspring to learn certain things.
