On todays video, I am making an absolutely gorgeous rig for the Hk Vp9 with a @streamlight Tlr1 HL
Im happy I had a vac mold for this set up, the angles on the vp9 can be troublesome for beginners and foam pressing, causing things to shift. Obviously the vac form eliminates all of those chances.
So Its as easy as 1,2,3 prep the mold, form, drill, cut, sand, polish, and hardware, box and ship. heres the process i went through on getting er done.
On to the next.

what thickness of the clear plastic gusset is that? Is it always the same thickness? Plexiglass I am assuming? All in all, pretty damn good build man. As always, I keep watching to learn more.

foam pressing takes so much longer than vac its slows production down like crazy, but i started holsters by doing oddball combinations on the foam. I will still do it, but lean toward vac pressing for the majority of holsters. onec i have a 3d scanner in house, i will be making my own vac molds.

@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC makes sense. Some scanner mfg’s will send you their scanner to work with and review. Try before you buy 😅 In exchange for an honest review. I know that’s a process in itself, but coupled with the CNC, sky’s the limit.
