Beautiful rosette, congratulations. This also explains why a guitar with detailed rosette costs more :)

Amazing rosette! Wish I could justify this stew mac jig, seems to work perfectly. I did use the dremel plunging base with an homemade jib to cut circles. It worked well, the the bit didn't remain 100% at the same location when adjusting the height. Are you using down cut spiral bits?
