Cotton fabric for balaclava
Upholstery foam, 2cm, and 5cm thickness
Fleece fabric for the mouth
•Eyes:
Aida fabric mesh
Acrylic paint
Acrylic sealant (matte and glossy)
EVA-foam 2mm thickness
Felt/fleece fabric
•Other materials:
Hot glue
Fur fabric
Minky/fleece fabric
Upholstery thread
Normal thread
Velcro

Hot glue gun
Duct tape/packing tape
Permanent marker

Little request to help with your making- I would use pins to help hold down the fur or fabric, because then you can continue adding the fabric without the added time of holding down the material

@@ollyfursuits mostly with the nose when you were putting down the fur on the skull nose, You could have pinned the fabric down when you were using your thumb to hold it in place and continued the rest of the skull part! Idk if that cleared things up- if it didn’t then I am very sorry 😅

@@ArtByAGoat ooh I see, so using pins when gluing down the fabric. I sometimes do that but not very often because the pins also get stuck in the glue. And it's annoying xD

Do you not have foam base on the back of the head? Is it strong enough with just fur and lining?

I don't glue any foam on the back of the head. The lining and fur are strong enough. The reason for this is because I want my fursuit heads to be as lightweight as possible. Also, not having foam on the back of the head makes it more breathable
