How to make a useful mini table saw? 3D printed hobby saw. In this video I will show you how to make an improved version of a small table saw with a 3D printer. A very useful and powerful saw for hobby work.

Nice job on the table saw. I would consider either putting a small flat on your shafts or drilling a dimple to give the grub screws a better grip.

Very nice work indeed. Btw don’t use a fence and a cross-cut mitre gauge at the same time, especially without a riving knife, otherwise you will have one less eye or one less finger! Very dangerous! You could def add a riving knife to this setup to make it safe tho.

This such a cool build, blows my mind! Only point of concern is that you should never use the miter gauge and the fence at the same time. It will cause material to pinch the blade and kick back. That piece flying back can cause a lot of damage. Or worse, pull in your hand into the blade. That being said, you are using a tiny blade so it might not matter but….. caution.

Really nice job ! A splinter knife at the edge of the blade would have been perfect , or a leverage system plateforme (with a pivet) for the side blade would also have been a nice feature, so you push down to make the work piece goes up, so it can cross cut me while holding the piece sage and still

Dear Friend, I thought this project was well done and I tried to make it happen. Everything went smoothly except for a few small filings here and there to remove the burrs produced by the printer. During the testing, however, I realized that for the spindle part, in order for it to function according to the standard of drill bits (clockwise cutting), the motor must rotate in the opposite direction, otherwise, for tools such as brushes, sanders or grinders, these tend to unscrew from the support to which they are fixed. All good for the hacksaw function. Therefore I made the change by putting a polarity inverter in place of the switch. Later I think I will also add a speed variator. Congratulations for the project.

Have you thought about putting something in the circuit to reduce the quite high start up current (relatively speaking) of these types of motors? I'm looking to do the same thing with a blower that I 3d printed using identical motor to reduce the sudden high torque and inrush current

You can use a high capacity capacitor. But I don't think this is necessary for 775 size 24V motors.

Linkleri referans amaçlı paylaştım. TR için İsimleri ile aratmanız gerek. her parçayı tek bir yerden bulmak pek mümkün değil. Listedeki 2-3 parça zaten TR linkleridir. Hepsi yurtdışı değil. aliexpress konusunda ise adetli olmaması gerekiyor ve 150usd nin altında olması gerekiyor. Ayrıca bir ay içerisinde maksimum 5 sipariş yasal sınırı var. Fazlası gümrüğe takılır. Bu konuları araştırıp karar vermelisiniz. Ben pek sorun yaşamadım. Ama yaşayanlar var. O yüzden sorun olmaz diyemem.

I checked and the link works (on windows PC). The files are compressed. (rar). You can unzip it with an unzip application.

Çok muntazam bir proje olmuş. Tek aklıma takılan şey 0-1 anahtar oldu. Anahtar sanki biraz küçük geldi gözüme. Uzun süreli çalışmalarda akımı taşıyamaz gibi sabki.

Hocam daha once bu tarz modellerde uzun kullanımda motorun ısınması sonucu etrafındaki pla yı yumuşatıp bağlandığı yatağı bozup esnetti. Buna karşı o kısmı ahşap veya ABS yapmayı düşünebilirsiniz

Is there a readme file explaining the slicer profile for printing? Infill %? Layer height? Layer width? What printer did you use, and what was the flow you ran your model with? 60mm/s 500mm/s^2 acceleration?

Önemli olan watt değeri. Amper için şu temel formülü kullanabilirsiniz. 100W / 24V = 4.16A yani 4 amper veya üzeri akım gücünü, 24V seviyesinde destekleyen herhangi bir DC güç kaynağı kullanabilirsiniz.

Merhaba projenizden faydalanıp başladım yapmaya sonlarına geldim ama birkaç sorum oalcak. Besleme için xt60 konnektör koymuşsunuz beslemeyi 3s mi yoksa 4s lipo pille mi yapıyorsunuz. Ayrıca testere bıçağı bağlantı şaftı için alternatif bir çözümünüz var mı fiyatı çok pahalı çünkü

Ben Lipo ile çalıştırmıyorum. Videodaki gibi (11:47) 24V güç kaynağı kullanıyorum. XT60 Lipolara özel değildir ama Lipo pillerde çok kullanıldığı için çağrıştırması normal. XT60 soket uzun ömürlü ve güvenilir bir soket olduğu için tercih ediyorum. Eğer Lipo ile kullanmak istiyorsanız 6S ile maksimum gücü alabilirsiniz. Ama 4S bile yeterli gücü sağlar.

Я бы доработал чуть-чуть мерные шкалы. Сделал бы выемки для болтов на основных значения чтобы проще было их выставлять. Ещё тогда бы они при затягивании не смещались. И вместо наклейки надо печатную шкалу сделать.

С печатной шкалой есть риск, что из-за сжатия пластика при охлаждении не получится добиться нужной точности. Выемки из-за этого тоже не получится точно сделать, кроме того с ними могут возникнуть проблемы если пользователю надо выставить значение по толщине материала, например, когда предмет искомой ширины вставляется между лезвием и направляющей, и в этом положении направляющая фиксируется

Projedeki malzemeleri hesapladım. Tüm malzemeler yaklaşık 2000-2200 civarı tutuyor. Filament de dahil. Yapılmışını ve çok daha aksesuarlısını 2400 tl ye aldım. Ülkemizin şartlarında bişeyi almak yapmaktan daha az maliyetli.😔 Bu sepeten zaten üretimimiz zayıf. Yine de emeğiniz ve paylaşımınız için teşekkürler.

everything is beautiful. But I don't like the screw place where you attached your saw. Under a certain strain, that screw will pop out.

Thanks. You don't need to worry about the screw nut. The force applied in the direction of rotation of the saw blade causes the nut to tighten further. This way, no problems will occur.

Please, for your own safety, do not , *EVER* cut against a fence like this. The part will get stuck between the fence and the saw and it will come flying into your face. You can already see it happening in this videol the piece you cut off is pushed back towards you. It's a matter of time before it's in your eye. One option would be to use a 'step' fence, using a piece of wood that sits at the front of the fence to set your cut-off length, and which is no longer engaged as the work passes the blade. A better option would be to use a sliding table with a 'back' that holds the work and prevents the cut-off from flying back in the first place. This might involve some more expense to add in linear rails and bearings of some sort for that movement. An even better solution would be a combination. Sort of like what is used in much of the civilized world, of which I make no claim of living in.
