Hey everyone, believe it or not, I'm back with a new video! It's a short one about a side project I made earlier this year, but I also have new, bigger projects to show you soon - among them the most ambitious Bike I have built yet. Sorry for the hiatus, and Thanks for watching!

Hey everyone, it's come to my attention that unfortunately scammers seem to be using KZfaq comment replies including under this video to scam people. For chip evac during those large hole saw cut, drill a few small relief holes on the inside diameter of the hole you're cutting so the chips can fall out as you're cutting. Learned that from an AvE video and it works like a charm 👌

Design of extreme cleverness. Well done! I like that you can just take it off to get it out of the way if you need to once you clamp some thing.

I wouldn't say you over engineered this at all! You improved every fault that vise cranks all suffer from. I can see this even useful for a smaller vise. Great piece of work in how it is engineered. From the attaching points to the O ring! Simple, direct, clean, thought out. Thanks

As a tool and die maker. I would use a collet to hold the countersink when using it with side cutting forces. Drill chucks can only handle vertical loads.

Really cool design...it's probably been over a v Year now I redesigned the handle on 1 of my vises with a rectangular bar as opposed to the stock round shaft..loved it every since

Coincidentally, I'm watching this in the "grinder assembly" t-shirt :) The quality is surprisingly good. The "sticker" (or whatever you call that thing that's glued to the shirt) still looks like new after a couple of years.

Nice work. Reminds me of the handle that Fireball Tool made for his custom vice. Though yours is much thicker and has double the handles.

That's actually really cool, and kinda makes you question why handles of a similar design aren't used in higher end vices. It's symmetrical, can be scaled easily, doesn't come off with asymmetric force, and acts as both a speed handle, and high leverage handle. Plus it's removable, honestly, it's perfect

They have speed handles on machine vises sometimes but I haven't seen one on a normal vise except the fireball vise which I think has a similar one. Good thing about this design is it can be adapted to almost any vise out there, just have to change the hole sizes accordingly
