Follow along as we take a bit of brass and make a pair of snazzy broaches/pendants/site tokens on our CNC Router as coronation gifts for some friends in the Society of Creative Anachronism who were being crowned King and Queen of Ansteorra. We will spend a bit of time in Fusion 360 going over the CAD and the CAM of this multiple operation project that includes custom softjaws and specialized cad models to use as stock and fixtures in the CAM. Of course, we will make chips and cut brass in this video as well.
If tool change outs is something your struggling with, follow along in the video, we did 4 tool changes to make these parts using a touch off probe.
