It's not a test of sharpness, it's a test of hardness. Glass will dull pretty much any steel (with a knife edge) within a couple of passes. But a properly hardened peice of steel will score glass easily, regardless of it's sharpness.

my own personal opinion as someone who has made a balisong before, glue in some leather strips on the inside of the handle where the blade makes contact. it keeps it quieter and prevents dulling of the blade :)

Looks like it closes alot closer when the black is retracted. Either that lock is gonna be really loose when the blades inside, or it wont be able to close when open. Pretty simple fix, just add another peen and indent the handles so the closed position is more like the open one
