Making CatNap and The Prototype 1006 kills with clay - Poppy Playtime Chapter 3: Deep Sleep!
Welcome to the creative realm of the "Poppy Playtime Chapter 3: Deep Sleep" universe! Today on the channel, we embark on a journey into the sinister depths of Playcare, as we bring to life two key characters - CatNap and The Prototype - using the fascinating medium of clay, plasticine, and plastilina. CatNap, also known as Experiment 1188 or Theodore Grambell, takes center stage as the third antagonist in the Poppy Playtime series. Serving as the main antagonist of Chapter 3: Deep Sleep and the secondary antagonist of the entire series, CatNap has a dark and mysterious history. Originally entrusted with the care of Home Sweet Home, a facility where inhumane experiments were conducted on children, Experiment 1188 became the embodiment of terror within the walls of Playcare. Experiment 1188 was designed to house a non-lethal but powerful version of Poppy Gas in his respiratory system. The process of creating this monstrous entity involved two iterations before the final version, which showcased the menacing creature we encounter in Chapter 3. Despite his formidable appearance, CatNap found himself confined within Playcare after the rebellion of the victims from the Bigger Bodies Initiative. Upon the return of The Player in 2005, CatNap is given a new purpose - to locate and defeat The Player. In his quest, he recruits a cadre of monstrous experiments within Playcare. However, as the final moments of Chapter 3 unfold, The Prototype emerges to seize control. In a shocking turn of events, The Prototype extends its lethal reach towards CatNap, ultimately ending his reign of terror and leaving his lifeless body in its wake. Our recreation of CatNap in clay captures the essence of this feline nightmare. The purple fur, black eyes, and elongated limbs with sharp claws come to life in intricate detail. The plasticine sculpture showcases the duality of CatNap's character, transitioning from a somewhat cartoonish toy form to a grotesque, skeletal manifestation in his hostile state. As we delve into the details of CatNap's appearance, we observe the eerie transformation of his toy form. The anthropomorphic purple-furred cat with a wide, toothless smile takes on a sinister twist with skeletal features, elongated limbs, and a stegosaurus-like torso. The zipper line running down his body and the moon charm pendant undergo a metamorphosis, reflecting the darkness that envelops CatNap in his hostile state. Join us in this creative journey, exploring the nuances of CatNap's character and the gripping narrative of Poppy Playtime Chapter 3.
