You have inspired me to practice making fried rice, and other stir-frys. I keep a pint jar of my own premade sauce in the fridge, and when I have leftover rice, fried rice is on the menu! I'll use leftover cooked chicken or pork tenderloin, lots of veggies & scallions, and dinner is ready in 10 minutes! It was delicious! By accident I added too much dark soy sauce, so it was a little bit salty because I multiplied the recipe times 1.5 and I added too much dark soy sauce. The chicken was tender as usual with your secrets, everything was delicious.🎉

Thank you! I love chinese food, but due to dietary restriction I am unable to order take out. Many of the dishes contain alcohol even in small quantities and I can’t have that, nor risk contamination with pork while preparing the food. Thanks to you, I can try to make some dishes that I love, and although they don’t taste the same, bcz to cook good dishes one must know the techniques and have the special soul connection to the culture and the dishes in order to create the authentic flavor. However, since it’s a compromise, something is better than nothing so I’ll just have to keep working on the “sou” part to make yummier dishes👍🏻
