In my homeland, where cocoa is grown and chocolate is made from scratch (southeast Mexico), I was a taster of fermented chocolates by one day, and I must say that although they look delicious they are as bitter as hell But obviously, cocoa has good nutrients. In my hometown is used for Chocolate and a drink called Pozol. (Also, it was land of the Olmecs)

Whenever I go to India to visit my grandparents ( I live close to Dubai)they would have plucked cocoa pods for me. They're actually delicious and I like the sour-sweet ones more than the sweet ones but my pods are not brown I always get them when they're yellowish green

Get a cacao plant karate chop it set it rest for 40 days. Take it out and then blend it up until it gets creamy put it in the mold put sugar and then freeze it, and then you have chocolate
