@apoet91443 ай бұрын
Yeah because he aims to break down that stigma. Only thing is that instant coffee taste bad because people put hot water immediately, which burns it right away. What you do is use cold water and mix throughly before adding your hot water and voilà you’ve got a good coffee.

@@apoet9144 well you have **better** coffee but unless you buy quality instant coffee then it still wont be **good** coffee.
@markjones1273 ай бұрын
@@apoet9144 You can't burn coffee with boiling water, the beans are roasted at over twice the temp of boiling water, they're fine with heat, the burnt thing comes from people using dark roast beans to brew fresh coffee, then boiling water can over-extract and bring out flavours you don't want, some of which can have a sort of charcoal taste, but that only happens with dark roast, light and medium roast beans can be brewed with near boiling water and it's just not an issue with instant, it's an urban myth.

HOW MUCH DID THE ICE COST?!?!?!?!?!?!
@HSK.Lerner2 ай бұрын
It's cubes from the freezer, how much will that be?!?!! 😭
@theperfectfreedom2 ай бұрын
Well, assuming he got the ice from the fridge, a fridge ice maker costs about 300 - 600 dollars, the average of which is 450. Now, each ice container holds about 80-90 ice cubes a day, making each ice cube cost about 5 dollars. This is, however, only if he only uses the fridge for one day. Assuming that he has had the fridge for a year, it would cost about one point three cents per ice cube. I counted 12-13 cubes being put inside, so the total would come to about 12.5 cents. Now the only thing left to do is hope that i didn't calculate this wrong.

He's using very basic ingredients 😳 Chocolate sauce might be a little special, but his assumption is you'll have everything at home, pretty normal actual. But even if you buy 2 or 3 ingredients - in case you're buying such Frappes now and then, you'll definitely save yourself some money. You could also invite a friend. It is cheap and his calculation totally makes sense.
