I am new and wanted to buy this machine just wanted to know do we have to trash the ports filter coffee after one cup shot as u did or we cam make more shots from it ? plz explain

No u cant Because the first time all the coffee juice comes out, so if you use it a second time, it will not be strong coffee, but rather boiled water with a light coffee taste

Does the tamper worth the extra cost to buy ,cause imthing its the same machine with ec 685?

Suggest an open basket and a cheap tamper. Did exactly this with EC685.

@@coffeebro0 I have the same machine and I use freshly roasted coffee which I get from a roastery and they grind it for me. I am still learning how to dial in the coffee did you make any changes to the settings for brew ratio for lavazza coffee?

@@deebaunissa1008 yes, temperature and water hardness are in a medium setting. This works for me.
