I come from a carnival family so I know what I'm talking about now there is only one type of sugar it is the flavouring that makes the difference but the machine was not heated up enough and it is a Chinese piece of plastic crap so of course it's not going to work. I bought machines that cost me $300 and only got a few uses out of them let alone something that cost $10 made of plastic
