It does nothing. The brass is way denser than the glass and wont react/alloy with it. After the pour it would literally just separate off

honestly the glass would just turn to slag on the top and be scooped out, in fact, sheets of glass are often manufactured by floating the liquid glass on molten tin. so it would have no effect.
