Seeing you with your family, not only making gravy, but sharing the importance of a tradition that will be passed down from generation to generation filled my heart. I have to admit when you all held hands to sing This Is The Day That The Lord Has Made made me cry, what a blessing you all are. I so miss having holiday meals with my grandparents and great grandparents, miss them so much. Im blessed that God has given me a great wife, children and grandchildren. I hope that one day they look back and have great memories of holidays and vacations spent together. BTW, East Texas is the best place to live and raise a family. God Bless from Smith County!

awesome, very similar to ours , just cast iron skillet .. and usually broth is made from what ever we happen to be cooking bits , like turkey bits , or drippings from somthing being fried ... some times milk is added w a lot of pepper if we are not happy w it and it transforms again.. thats one of them cook it 10 diff times , ten diff ways , and its still yummy !!

Up this way, we pronounce it Woo-stir-shire (you miss out the chest). It's usually abbreviated further to Woo-Stir sauce.
