I don't know when this was filmed, but my goodness does it look gorgeous there after rain. It's sweltering hot in my neck of the woods ( SW-ish, Meridional Carpathians)and the look of that place in the video..? Ufff... Tell me, was the air as fresh as it seems? As for the food, the only Stromboli I know of, is the volcano in Italy.... oooh and the bad guy from Pinocchio LOL. But, if I may give you a tip, when you try to encase something in dough with a fork or any other pressing "device" , you can either dip it in a bit of water, oil or just plain flour, in order to avoid it sticking to the dough and risk breaking or puncturing it... that is, if it's the kind that needs to be sealed tight. Hmmm I always wondered what Oregano tastes like... or better yet, what type of flavor does it bring to the dish. Not for nothing but I don't normally cook with many herbs and spices because I have allergies and I'd hate to buy it and have to throw it away because of the taste or sneezing. HOLD UP! Did you say 28 degrees in the HOUSE?! What's it made of, cardboard? My nana's house in the country, was made out of "chirpici" and even in 42 degrees outside, you felt like you went in a dungeon inside. But we kept the windows covered during the sunshine hours, and had the windows open only at night. But during the day we'd be outside in the yard, playing with the water hose or heating up bottles of water in the sun, so we could "shower" in the garden (basically you punch holes in one of the bottles' cap, you strap it to a tree branch and bada-bing, instant shower). IMO, the heat if perfect laundry weather. You wash all those thick clothes, bed covers, etc. that are a pain to dry normally, and then you hang them outside and in 2h tops, they're dry as bone.
