How to make Kimchi fried rice without Kimchi

Kimchi fried rice is a very famous fried rice that Korean often make and eat in Korea. You can also make Kimchi fried rice with cabbage even though you don't have kimchi.
------Korean Fried rice ingredients-----
- Fried Rice
a quarter of cabbage
half of onion
3 cloves of garlic
100g (4oz) Pork
1 bowl of Rice
- Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon of chili powder
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Sesame oil
- Topping
Korean seaweed (Gim)
a fried egg

양배추가 소화에도 좋고 위에도 좋잖아요 배추도 맛있지만 훨씬더 깔끔하고 담백하게 느껴질것 같아요. 잘배우고 갑니다.~ 칼로 자르시기전에 빙그르르 돌리시는거 빠져드네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

I think this recipe is super clever. With only simple ingredients you creat kimchi fried rice alike, which I am so craving right now and don’t have kimchi handy. Adding Vinegar was genius!! Fries egg on top give perfect touch, thanks for the lovely recipe~~

It's my first time to try fried rice made with cabbage. But I think the texture will be crispy and tasty. I have to try a new challenge too. thank you

Спасибо за рецепт, только что приготовила, получилось отлично! Быстро, вкусно и оригинально. Я белокочанную капусту только в салате использую, или в кислом виде, теперь буду так готовить.
