For some reason I don't sell a lot of kindling with my firewood bundles, but it was my first year in 2022. I'll give it another try this year and see if that changes. Thanks for sharing 👍TCT

Awesome...I also cut most of my limb wood for kindling and include a bundle with my firewood sales. I just add another $5.00 to the overall price. Most customers are pleasantly surprised and admit their need for starter wood.

I haven't done any kindling to sell but have been thinking of adding fire starters to my stand. maybe I need to think more about kindling as well. You make it look easy

Jeremiah poplar make beautiful kindling easy to split and dry fast . Make beautiful Color went it’s burning in a fire place or outside fire pit . Soft wood is best easy to get going plus give a fire a cracking noise. Up here in at the gas station run $7.95 a bundle in 709 .

For every full cord, I have been using banana boxes for kindling. So far, it's been positive..

I love the idea. I make a good bit of scrap that could be used from kindling, but almost all of it is short. It wouldn’t bag up very nicely. How many bags do you sell per year?

I have a very similar process, same bags and all. Unfortunately those kindling bags don't fit over the EZ bagger bucket so I also use a 5 gallon bucket. $5 is insane though! Here in Maine I sell pine as camp firewood, I charge $5 for a bag of pine and $10 for the bag of kindling (mostly because it takes longer with the 5 gallon bucket). I can do 60 bags of firewood an hour pretty easily with the ez bagger, but the damn 5 gallon bucket is so slow. Campers love the kindling and happily pay $10 though!

That’s a nice touch Jeremiah. How much money do you have in 4 sticks of fat liter? It seems like $5 is pretty cheap for what the customer gets.

Have you tried the garbage can bagging station? If so, how does it compare to the bucket for ease of use?
