I believe she used something called static grass. You put the premade grass in an applicator that's kind of just a hairdryer shape, glue up the object, touch the wire to the object, and then kind of tap/shake out the grass. The wire works with the applicator to create grass that's standing up like real grass or in this cass, moss.
