Agreed helped me with sleep honestly I'd stay up till 5AM and wake up at 7 AM which wasn't healthy I used to be so tired and exhausted after work that I've tried pills etc. But none worked then i found asmr I've been watching asmr for abt 2 or 3yrs now and its helped me so much 👏

Zylsa yeah that’s right people with problems sleeping or people who are stressed listen to asmr for relaxation or just comfort but some people have misophonia witch makes it hard for people to listen to some sounds such as asmr:)
