I would love to see a test with a water mister bottle or a steamy bathroom instead of a water droplet dropper.

This is my go to for slik press for myself and my clients hair for the last 5 years. Literally my fav product and it really does leave your hair shinny silky and water resistant. I've used it on the tightest of the type 4 hair and it's perfection. Has your silk press looking fresh for 2 weeks. Also it does well with protecting tour curls from all the heat that's been applied to your hair during. If you really want to put and extra heat protectant, use a light weight one like AG firewall after the blow dry stage just before you flat iron (this heat protectant is humidity resistant as well). Finish with a pea/ peanut size amount ofthe Colour WOW Pop and Lock.

THIS STUFF WORKS YALL. My hair poofs instantly after I flat iron. It's been two days and I went outside in pouring rain (with an umbrella) and my hair acted unbothered af. I am shocked lol

Stylist here, color wow does work for all textures. :) the key ingredients are silicones and polymers that attach and bond with the hair and create a barrier that repels water. People spend a lot of time hating silicones for no reason, they offer heat protection, humidity protection, shine, lubrication, and silkyness

My niece who is a professional MUA and hair stylist has this product within her tools. However, most of her clients are caucasian, so when she gave it to me to try it, I was not enthused at all. I have 4C hair, and did try it for a complete fail- - let me say that again - it was a complete fail. In that tic toc and in this video, both of them used tiny drops of water to demonstrate water repellant properties. Ladies, humidity is NOT two drops or even many drops of water. It is fully immersive, constant unrelenting moisture. THis does absolutely nothing for my 4c hair. My hair still puffed into a pom pom. These companies will do anything to get access to our coins. Please don't fall for the okie doke. This stuff is expensive, and will only add to your cabinet of unused products. As a side note, I silk press my hair every two weeks, and on wash day I must run the water over my hair for at least 1-2 minutes before it starts to revert (and note that I have absolutely no heat damage). I point this out to bring attention to the fact that you can have water repellant hair, but that does not mean that your straight hair will survive humidity, as humidity exposure is like your hair is being continuously submerged in a big tank of microscopic water droplets. I have neither heard of nor found any product that is able to fully and continuously stop the hell that is humidity - not for any hair type. I would love you to try this on any rainy day and I assure you your results will be as mine were. But hey, some things you must try for yourself, so good luck. Perhaps you will be the exception

This is the breakthrough I’ve been waiting for. My hair is virgin (no heat, relaxer or color has ever touched my new growth) I decided that once my new growth get navel length. I’m getting my hair silk pressed regularly but I can only afford to get it done once per month. With this WOW treatment I can see how it’s possible to achieve this goal. Yes this works ive been using it for 2 years on my frizzy wavy hair I and on my moms curly hair and my grandmothers 4a curly hair; its the closest thing to a relaxer it makes hair silky and lightweight and protects it from humidity, I wouldnt stand in the rain in it but it can withstand a few drops of water Tip: use it with Olaplex No.3 you will feel like you have a new head of hair

I use this all the time! It’s a game changer when wearing my hair flat ironed. Even living by a river with humid summer weather my hair stays FLAT. Sweat means nothing. I don’t saturate my hair though, just spray some on and let it dry before flat ironing with my tymo. Good to know that using more makes it like waterproof!!

I don't know if you looked up reviews but I did, because I was going to use it when I want to do a blowout. A lot of people said it was amazing at first then ruined their hair after using it for a few months. Their hair would not absorb water anymore after awhile then their hair started to break off. Just a warning, may have to use a clarifying shampoo after every use.

Routine: I washed and conditioned as normal. With no other products in my hair, I sprayed WoW to each section, blow dried, then flat ironed using heat protection only. I used a water based leave in (in fear 🙃) and blue magic to seal my ponytail. It really works. Thank you so much for this review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ P.S. You remind me of Malia Obama in this video.
