Let me know your thoughts on this style of video! It's a concept totally new to my channel and took around 10 hours to edit so i'd love any feedback! Should I make this an ongoing series?!

I love this series!!! and the fact that you photoshopped those pics wow you went above and beyond!!!

You explain your reasons very well instead of just giving an opinion about your style over what their style is.( a lot of makeovers do that👎) You have brought the rooms to new levels. The cream colored closet curtain was amazing. Never would have thought of that on my own. I would have tried to match the white wall. And your stick on tile on the fireplace changed everything. This is incredible work. I will be very happy to see so much more of this.

I love how it's like he's not imposing his ideas onto the person...like he's giving them the multiple options he thinks they'll like and is totally ok with whatever they choose. This is a nice take on the typical types of these kind of videos...keep up the great work🤩

I was expecting one makeover and you gave us 4!!! Most of the changes you suggested were so affordable, could be done in a weekend, but they made such a big difference! The one suggestion I would add for the "green room" would be to place a couple table lamps or an arcing floor lamp to add some cozy light when you don't want to use the overhead light. Such a great video, Drew!

I love how you take normal everyday people’s homes & give your beautiful honest opinion without being uppity or too far fetched. I am loving this series. Keep it coming!!!

How about you do a video about what you do when you design a room like what you a think about, color themes, etc.

Regarding the first room - for curtain rod behind the bed...place the rod 6" to 8" from the CEILING. Not just above the window header - it will draw your eyes up and really elongate the height of the ceiling. Similar to your suggestion on the closet curtains.

Love that you tell us why you would make the changes you are suggesting, and how respectful you are of other people's tastes. Hope you make another video like this one!

*DREW...... what a great video. You said legit EVERYTHING that I would have done. At the end I was like hoping you were gonna say to mount the tv above the fireplace , and then you did. I am WITH YOU with doing a darker green in that one space on the walls... cause I’m obsessed with “moody rooms” (anyone interested in a dark wall color... go to Pinterest and search “moody rooms” and you’ll see amazing spaces that use dark color on the walls and it’s so sultry and romantic in my mind, I’m obsessed. The one thing I learned from this video... is when you mentioned for the one room with the matching chair to the couch with the “chunky furniture” to swap the matching chair out with a nice and small arm chair??? I was so about it!!!! SUCH a great idea. And I do think recently with design trends it’s been a thing to have not COMPLETE matching set furniture. Like... to have a statement piece couch, and then two arm chairs. Or to have a simple, but large couch. And two statement piece arm chairs. But GEEZ I just want you to know how much I loved this video!!!! I really hope you continue with this series. You are SO underrated as an interior designer. I watch MANY MANY MANY interior designers here on KZfaq.... AND NO FREAKING JOKE YOU ARE THE ONNNLLYY ONE that I’ve seen who can accommodate ANY person TO THEIR exact style... (besides Mr. Kate) but seriously!!! Most other interior designers here on KZfaq are only good at redecorating rooms to THEIR exact style and not really the style of the person they are doing it for. Just found this series by watching #3 and I LOVE how your advice is about seeing what people are doing and taking what's already there into cool new directions. I loved this video so much! Such a cool concept and you did a fabulous job giving such a realistic interpretation of what you envisioned for these rooms, you're amazing! I hope you keep doing these videos, your ideas completely transformed and elevated these rooms!!

The last room... I’d change the walls to grey, white wash that brick, mount the tv on the brick. Mount a pretty dark walnut shelf below that tv on the fireplace. And I’d put in a small sectional in front of the tv, and a light rug under the couch/ottoman/coffee table!

Loved this! I moved into my room over a year ago and still haven’t finished decorating. Idk why it seemed so simple to me but I just can’t make up my mind about a specific style. Painted the room white and got rid of over half of my stuff as I was initially going for a minimalist style, but I also love retro and mid century haha this is so much harder than it seems! I’m having such a hard time making it look like a unique, aesthetically pleasing, sophisticated look instead of like a teenage girl’s room or frat boy dorm lol it seems like everything I do looks so basic. 🤷🏻‍♀️😩
