So, I have used token-mod in a similar manner to make objects - such as runes - appear and disappear before, but never entire rooms! With the lighting addition, this is a phenomenal combo!!

So freaking cool. I can see this being used to make wall of stone and other character abilities have a visual and tactical impact on the table immediately without needing GM intervention in the middle of the player's turn. Stuff like this makes me wish my groups played more often and were excited to use macros and stuff. I just gotta be satisfied when they update their character sheets on leveling up. Maybe the movelight mod will open up a few things for GM tricks.

That Move Lighting modhas some really interesting uses too beyond this. I'm thinking shifting walls in a labyrinth or something like that. Need to look into that more!

Fantastic idea

MOVE LIGHTING!!! God DAMMIT!!! I've been trying to figure out how to do this for ages. I have a small town area map and been wanting to run a "Rooftop chase" that includes the options to drop down and go through the buildings. I've got an amended version of Kurt's Encounter Helper Mod, that allows tokens to shift across all 4 layers, but the struggle has been getting the Dynamic Lighting to move at the same time as the tokens. It's going to take quite a few macros with many isolated lines of Light Wall that appear when I remove the roof tokens, but will be exactly what I want. (Actually... I'd LOVE to have this in a UI similar to the Encounter Helper, rather than an absolute crap tonne of macro buttons, but I doubt there is a huge need for that beyond idiots like me wanting to fill a map with this stuff...)

These are very cool. I am just starting to learn Roll20. Your videos are helpful but do you have videos you recommend that are current for someone new to the platform?
