This video missed one important part: the process from turn the small pieces flake into polyester staple fiber. After that the fiber will be processed into yarn.

So glad to see this. I am 62 I was always brought up to not toss trash any where but a trash can. In 1969 I was a member of our schools first Ecology Club. It may not be perfect yet but things have changed for the better over the years. And with things like you are doing an others we will get more people to recycle and reuse things in our day to day lives. Good Going Guys Keep up the Good Work.

This looks really cool, but I'm really confused with the process. How did the shredded plastic particles got introduced or converted into the fabric? It seems that the video doesn't really explain or at least shows how the yarn is created. It just appears within the process. This aside I'm really happy to see a company that is making the effort to help our environment by reusing this product that we have been using for so long.
