We make a Batman, and a Superman cape, go over how to insert clip after cutting fabric, using a free printed stencil. You will need hot glue, a 1.5 inch piece of wire (copper or some strong wire that bends). This is easier to do with 3-4 hands. So I was only able to get so much on video. Hopefully, it's enough for you to understand how to do this.

Vid of us cutting fabric didn't work for some reason. I'll reshoot that part, for when we make a "traditionally" made cape, w/ plastic clip sewn into cape.
