After watching this video, I made the burrito for my wife and I. Substituted the ham and bacon with minced beef and turkey bacon (we don't eat pork). Honestly, it was the best burrito we've ever had to this day. I made it a second time for my in-laws, and they all LOVED it! This is seriously a damn good burrito, and I've saved the recipe for future use. Thank you Jake! Was a bit sad to see no other cooking videos from Jake :(

!!!!! Jake's truck is the exact same as my very first ride! Mine didn't have all the performance stuff done (no power steering/brakes or other upgrades) and was a metallic royal blue with the cab (from where those sharp edges start, up) white. Chromed wheels and side-pipes. So gorgeous. Guy we bought it from was in a tight spot at the time, then got seller's remorse. An uncle of mine passed away and left his car to my (then) step-dad. We agreed to sell the truck back for same as paid, and I ended up with a '94 T-Bird that was really fun to drive stupidly on gravel backroads.

by now obviously the answer is known, but I'd suspect it to arrive barring a failure of the final delivery service. I ordered my computer through Amazon with sloeest but guaranteed shipping (non prime). It sat in the shop for literally 4 days then suddenly as if it were launched out a cannon the thing made the trip from CO to NY in a night and showed up at my door that next day to meet it's delivery date.

So I studied the ingredients shown in the video and possibly used in the making of that god send of a burrito. I've got written down on a post it: Cheese (El Mexicano Cotija) Tomato roasted salsa Mexican sour cream Guacamole Tortilla (Bigger means better) Eggs Honey Ham Bacon Salt (just a tiny dash) Ground cumin c Curry powder (just a tiny dash) Canned Ortenga Chili (Mostly juices) Hopefully with all that in mind I can make a banging breakfast burrito.

Can't blame Wren. Eggs are weird and can be ruined quite spectacularly. And once you get served one ruined dish, your body might try to avoid that dish for the rest of its life, as a defense mechanism. I'm guessing Wren had a single bad experience early on and it totally ruined eggs for him. Not to mention hardboiled eggs smell bad. During my military service, I once or twice had to clean a huge pot of its omelette residue. The omelette itself was basically egg juice from carton, like milk, so it wasn't great to begin with. But the smell of the cleaning products I used in the pot mixed with it made it so much worse, to the point I would smell the combined smell every time they served omelette afterwards. It took me a month to even try and touch omelettes after that.

Burritos are Mexican. People have been wrapping stuff in tortillas for like thousands of years. Even the modern burrito was first made in Mexico.

I had a fresh tortilla from modern day Mayans still living in huts near Chichen Itza and they were probably the best tortillas I've ever had... great vacation to Mexico, lol ;)

Burritos are small in Mexico, as the name suggests. Large size burritos are an American thing
