Tofu Patties can be eaten hot, cold, by themselves, with hot rice, as a sandwich as a burger as a take-and-go snack. One of my favorite ways to eat this is with hot rice and kim chee.
Recipe:
1 block (14 oz) extra firm or firm tofu
1 carrot, shredded
1 can tuna, drained
3 eggs
1/2 cup panko
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp mayo
green onion
sesame seeds
Directions:
Drain the tofu and cut into cubes.
Place in large mixing bowl and mash with
a potato masher.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Fry in oil on medium heat until browned.
Serve!
