Just throw a few things together for this one!
8 cups of chicken bone broth
6-8 chicken thighs
3 fingers of ginger or more
8 garlic cloves-I kept whole because I use frozen garlic which gets super mushy in cooking and I like that lol. But you can chop yours up.
1 package of Saifun noodles
1 bunch of green onion, chopped
salt or shoyu to taste
Add the broth, ginger, garlic and chicken to the liner pot and cook on soup function.
While cooking, put noodles in large bowl and cover with hot water and let sit until soup is done cooking.
Once the pin has dropped and it is safe to open the lid, shred the chicken using a masher.
Cut the noodles in shorter, easier to eat lengths and add the noodles in.
Garnish with green onion and add salt or shoyu to taste!
Of course this can be done on the stove too!
