Oil - 1/4 cup ( 40gm)
Curd - 1/3 cup( 80 gm)
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp ( 120 gm)
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1cup (150 gm)
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1pinch
Cardamom Powder/ Elaichi Powder - 1tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup ( 100 ml )
For Rabdi/ Malai:
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 3tbsp or as per taste
Elaichi Powder/ Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands - 10-12 (optional)
For Cream:
Cream - 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder / Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands - 10-12 (soaked in just 1tbsp milk) (optional)
Lemon yellow Food Colour - 3-4 drops (optional)
