Tried this today...I did not have pistachio, so I used Cashew instead. I also substituted Kewra water with a large pinch of saffron. It came out absolutely perfect!! Thank you for the awesom recipe :) Keep up your great world.

Huma Ji, aapki jitni taarif ki jaaye Kam Hain.... wonderful n easy Saath me behad yummy Kulfa...hamare pass do whisker Nahi hain to kya hum last mein electric blender hi use Kar sakte Hain ya ek hand whisker ko use karein....

I tried it.. It was good... I would recommend that you only put a drop of kewra if you're not a fan.. I put like half a tsp and it still felt too much...
