Half kg of Ground Beef
1 sb. Bulgur for making meatballs
1 pc. K. Onion
1 Teaspoon of Rock Salt
Quarter bunch Parsley
1 teaspoon of Reyhan
1 tsp. Black pepper, cumin, thyme, chili peppers
1 tbsp Flour
1 pc. Egg
1 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Tomato Paste (tomato-pepper mixture)
1,5 sb Bone broth (3 scoops) is added optionally.
1 tsp. Reyhan, village pepper (added to the water of the cooked dish)
