@@yoon7990 im try it all already not bad all .. my hometown taste.. just walking distance..My favourite here Dried shrimp chu chang fern 40years history with curry and soy sauce.. dried meat and chicken gloss bun , nasi lemak banana leaf wraping , vegetarian still more around there

I been living in air panas since i was born. My grandmother house is just a mere 30 secs walk to the market. Been enjoying this luxury of options since as long as i can remember. I can assure you. Food taste as good as it looks.

Somehow food wrapped in plastic sheet, then newspaper always taste better than other kinds of packaging! 🤤 Hahaha maybe from good childhood memories. Thank you for allowing me to “experience” pasar food... miss it so much!! 😭

Used to visit this market every week for breakfast or lunch when i was studying at Setapak High School back in 1981.That was about 4 decade ago and it brought back really lots of memories!This market is a total transformation now!Thks for showing this wonderfull video.A very good effort indeed.

I’m sure you might know the answer then lol - why is that customer standing at that cart ringing a bell!? At first I thought it was a hawker advertising himself but no it’s clearly a customer lol. I’d appreciate any info I just found it interesting 🤨

Best thing about Malaysia is that kfc Burger King and Pizza Hut are all well represented in the country so you won’t starve and can eat clean tasty food 🥘

中國人最懂得食，尤其是廣東人最多美食，馬來西亞的華人一如在其他地區的華人一般的食物差不多，油條，白粥，包點，炒麵，炒米粉，粉腸等等，還有許許多多我叫不出名的食品，看見就流口水，感到最親切便是講廣東話。老祖父說會講廣東話，去到天涯海角也不怕。朋友你講那種方言呢？ Ha-Te-Hao(Ta-ngoc-Tran）😀😃😄😆

Used to lived in setapak, very cool morning market, food price are very reasonable and taste so good, my all time favorite is the sweet sauce Chee cheong fun inside the market. Not to forget the night market every Monday too, one of the best ban Mee I ever had. Greeting from Greece ,can’t wait to go back again.

Love this video. Thanks for featuring all the different varieties of delicious hawker food in this market. Favorites include fried carrot cake, roti bratha, yau tiew (chinese donut), wonton noodle, nonya kueh, steam buns/dim sum, cheong fun, fried bee hoon....all looks good, yummy👍

This video you made shows scenes not common at all in the US. It also captures the essence of what is a typical market and food and items available in the country. Very interesting indeed. Just curious...what is that long green bean peddled there, and those red bottles? So looks like medicine that you are allowed to sell in a market. Well done on another great video.

The long green beans hanging off the motor cycle is petai which grows on very tall trees.

During my younger days, putu mayam comes with original gula melaka Nowadays, it’s 80 percent white sugar, 20 percent gula melaka or sometimes you get totally brown sugar !!!!!!!!
