When I tried to imagine what keropok lekor tasted like, I thought it would resemble the kind of small fish covered in sugar that you get in school lunches. But when you fry keropok lekor in oil, the smell gets stronger as they cool down. So it remains a mystery for me. The fresh food market is very lively. It's dynamic because in Japan you can't see it being processed. Many dried foods had unknown raw materials.

Since the surimi has a strong fish aroma, that tastes similar to the tempura you would put in oden 👌The texture is different, though. The liveliness of wet markets seems to be difficult to experience in Japan 🤔 Thanks for watching 🙏✨

Hi do you know the back entrance to the chow kit wet market? It is around the fruit section. The kunafa stall is right outside the back door on your left. You can see it in 5 seconds on foot! Thanks for watching 🙏✨

15:29のムルタバの生地はイメージ的にはクレープ生地のような感じです！中身は挽き肉や溶き卵がたっぷり入っています！ 12:11はホットコーヒーに無糖練乳入りですね😋コーヒーは苦味が少なく味は濃いです！ Thanks for watching 🙏✨

@@sfk なるほどぉお！！手でびょんびょん伸ばしてたのでクレープとはまた違う感じなのかなーと思ったけど、似た感じなんですね！！ 中身の具も最強すぎる！！ 無糖の練乳😳 苦味がすんごくありそうに見えたけど控えめなの良いですねぇ☕️ お返事感謝&また動画楽しみに待ってます☺️
