Wow, they are so skilled and efficient! when i prepare something for myself, the portions are often much too large, and the efficiency is terrible... so that is why i like to go to eat to real professionals, who have the fresh foods ready, the skill, and the kitchens to do it right... ... ...

After living here for 2 years I still love these types of videos. It helps me find new places to try, as well as reaffirms that 99% of the streetfood vendors here deserve Michelin stars.

ここ知ってます！（笑） 飲食店って表の顔（座席などの店内）と裏の顔（厨房など顧客が見ないところ）がありますが、この細部まで気を使って、おもてなしになると思っています。何かのきっかけでのぞくことがあってがっかりすることもありますからね。こちらの鯉の洗いは確か滋賀のお店からののれん分けからの影響からですかね。鰻と鯉って一緒に提供されるところは確かに珍しいですもんね。

I love this video some people talking about that some are expensive... has all to do with the michelen and the location theya are all main street.. if you go off street you get the same amd often more nice for less baht. But non of this is expensive..
