In multiracial & multireligious Malaysia, If non muslims ( Chinese, Indian or Native of Borneo Malaysia ( Sarawak & Sabah), mainly Christians, if need to get promotions to higher post in govt service , encourage to convert to Islam, otherwise need to stay at lower level. Malaysia is great.

Not in the education system but my best friends are all Muslims and l grew up surrounded by Muslims they are really good people ,l will trust a Muslim than an Indians.We respect each other's religions.

This video is very misleading. Malaysia is one of the most harmonious and peaceful countries in the world despite it being a multi-ethnic and multi-religious country. Just a few days ago, an ethnic Chinese candidate representing Anwar's coalition soundly defeated her Malay Muslim opponent in a by-election held in a Malay-majority constituency.
