Great 👍 Enjoy your trip. Download Xe currency app so that you can calculate Indian rupees while checking for Malaysian items. Download Grab Taxi app. And dont forget to turn on International transactions on you Debit card. If you have Time you can also Buy an FI Card buy downloading FI or get any other forex card because some places accept only Card no Cash.

No they did not ask anything. Just MDCA form only needed.

Sure. All you need is book 1) Flights to Malaysia and Return tickets 2) Hotel Booking for the complete trip 3) Go to imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main which will be open from 3 days before landing at Malaysia. 4) wait in the immigration and show the above documents. Its Free Visa on Arrival. No other tension 30days Visa will be given.

They will only ask for Return flight tickets and stay details keep it printed

Sure. While in india before going to any other country you can go to any money exchange here and convert Indian rupees to US dollars. One of the best value exchange i recommend is ( ORIENTAL EXCHANGE ) then after you reach the airport in Malaysia or other countries you will have exchange there to convert Dollar to the Local currency. Do not exchange full as we can exchange for better price outside the airport where we are living. Just exchange 200 USD to cover initial expense that would do.
