This property would easily cost more than Rm10Mil in Sabah.

Yup, residential properties in Sabah is 11× more expensive than west Malaysia, especially KK where it has the most expensive residential prices in whole Malaysia. Even with the bungalow with 2 storeys at D,Banyan already cost more than 6 million. Old 2 storeys bungalow cost around 2 million-3 million

im very like the design because in like 70% look future and minimalist . saya suka rumah future because i boleh pikir dengan tenang. kalau saya duduk dekat kl dah lama saya beli but saya duduk at and work at sabah so i tidak dpt beli sebab kalau beli pun tak ade org duduk so syg duit

Kos tanah satu juta Kos buat 3 juta Pemaju untung lebih 4 juta . Bank untung 4 juta lagi bila pinjam bank . Baik Beli tanah Dan buat sendiri . Dgn Kos 8 juta bole besar macam shoping mall jika dikawasan luar Bandar.
