I learned a new way of cooking - thru indirect heat. I believe that fish is from mackerel family of fishes. Must be delicious . Blanching first with spices, a way to infuse flavor . I'm going to try that. FOLLOW UP: The Japanese have what they call "bonito" fish . Very similar to your Maldives fish . I can see the science behind the process of your food preparation and preservation .The result is delicious .In my pantry I have a package of Bonito flakes similar to Maldives fish I use to flavor a soup dish with veggies. I suddenly got hungry for your food.

Hey guys 😄😄😄. This lady is my favorite to watch , for many reasons . First it seems she is a single mom, she is humble ,strong and very , very intelligent . She is such a great mom, she is very clean as well. But what stands out the most with my lady is the passion she cooks with , you can clearly see that she enjoys it alot . I love everything about her .Seeing these videos makes you draw even closer to God , life and happiness in not about money and big houses , its about being thankful and contented with whatever little God gives you , just like my lady here . You'll reap bountiful later on . I am sorry I don't know her name 😔.My grandmom is from India so I loves these videos so much , its relaxing and theraputic for me , my grandmom teach me to cook many Indian dishes on her dirt stove just like hers . I was amazed by the complicated dish that the mother made for the children's lunches. What a lot of work! Thank you mother for being such an amazing cook, homemaker, housekeeper and a loving mother.
